I didn't add my phone number on discord but when "something's going on here" discord trying to verifiy me by using phone number

Hello! here is the story, I didn't add my phone number on my discord account and then this "Something's Going on Here" trying to verify me by using a phone number while my discord account didn't got a phone number so after that im trying to be a big brain by turning off my wifi and then verify phone number and then put my phone number in after that i turn on my wifi and done i got my account back. But after that im so hyped that i just dm my friend with Capslock on and my friend status was do not disturb and then 5 sec later my discord account got disabled
