Creating a user hub to manage multiple servers

Similar to how you can follow channels to other servers now. Users could have an opportunity to view single channels from multiple servers in one place. For myself this would be a benefit as I moderate/run many servers so keeping all "staff" related in channels in one place would be ideal to manage messages and not miss any notifications.

It could also benefit other users giving them the ability to track their favourite channels across the platform without having to visit the server each and every time.

    I see this as a HUGE benefit. I'm in a lot of Bot's support servers and to easily see the announcements and status channels all at once would be godly.
