Server Floating

Create a feature that will essentially pin a server at the top of the server list.  This would allow us to keep a certain list of servers stuck at the top of the server list so, if you scroll down on that list, they will stay at the top, and any new servers joined would appear below those but above the ones below it.  Similar to a title bar on a website, it would always be visible.
