unfairly banned

I and a friend got banned for nothing. Really nothing we did NOTHING. So me and my friend tried to make a support email but they won't give us our accounts back. BUT WE DID NOTHING Why are they banning people unfairly

    so much people got this problem but discord isn't interested in their users.
    they always send a bot generated message. there is no chance to get unbanned. And the problem is :they are allowed to do shit like this
