How to remove phone number from unknown account

Recently, I wanted to enable 2FA on my account but realised that my phone has already been linked before. Unfortunately, I have forgotten that I even had another account so I am unable to unlike the phone from the previous account.

Is there a way to forcefully detach my phone number from all discord accounts?

    I have the same problem, but cannot seem to find where to contact the right people that can do something about it.  I had an old account that I deleted, but I want to use my same phone number.  It wont let me even though I deleted it.

    Dave770 i have the exact same problem, even though they said you can just delete your old account to remove the number from it.
