Rate Limit Bans

As an owner of a fairly large server, the thought of a raider gaining administrative perms and mass banning is something I constantly think about. A couple hours ago, a friend of mine lost 80k+ members due to raiders.

By implementing a rate limit on bans (Not something too sensitive that impacts moderation), anyone using a bot to mass ban would be set back giving enough time for staff members to deal with the situation.

    There are two things... One, most "admin raiders" would use a bot to mass ban, therefore if one is rate limited, they could quite easily add another one, and continue. They would also have to make it so that the large servers have a larger limit... Bc while 50+ bans per hour is not unheard of for a huge server (esp during a severe raid, where I have seen people banning 2 a minute), that could be devastating to the small servers (which are normally less protected by automod bots and do also get some big raids). It would be better to use an anti-nuke bot, and/or make sure you are very careful about who you add as admins.

    Mass banning intentionally does not trigger abuse flags. It is only affected by global rate limit. Mass unban, however, does.
