Multiple Rules

MCPE2019

I am making a server.
And I have a lot of sections.
So each sections needs their own rules since each section is about a different topic.
I know I could make multiple Text Channels, but it would be better if i could put the little rule book icon on them.

    I have a server with people speaking multiple languages, so I want to be able to add a book to both English and Portuguese rule channels.
