Permit parent-managed child accounts

I’d like the ability to create a subsidiary account for my minor child, so that I can allow him to go onto Discord servers I approve of without permitting others. Without it he’ll just lie to Discord about his age.

In short, some flexible parental controls that can help us manage the pornography addiction he developed, when we found he was being groomed by pedophiles through some adult-content Discord servers. I know that parent controls like that never work without a positive and supportive relationship between kid and parent, but they’d be a tool for helping him re-engage on Discord where he and I agree.
