My account being disabled
My first every discord account that I had owned for 4 years had been disabled back in October of 2020. The staff steam replied with an automated message saying it would not be reinstated. I came to find out It had been disabled because I had spammed "Happy Birthday" In someone's DMS after being allowed to do so by the recipient. I let it go and moved on made another discord account. Everything was going fine until Discord requested out of nowhere I connect my phone number to my account to verify. The moment I did I got disabled come to find out that it happened because the phone number I connected to my account, was from my first previously disabled account. The (second) account had in no way broken TOS but was flagged and disabled immediately. The reason when checking my email was the same as the first account. I attempted to message the discords support team only for them to not actually read what and reply with an automated message. So they do not fully understand what is going on but the account is being disabled for not actually breaking TOS but instead having the same number as a disabled account. Since I wasn't getting an actual email from discord I went to twitter and got no response what so ever. I'm tired of losing my nitros and having to restart and im tired of losing my accounts and friends. I am now here hopping I get a proper respone and someone can help to undisable my account, and wanting to open the idea of discord starting A DEDICATED LINE (Phone number) support so these things fuction more smoothly .

I believe I have a similar issue with my account, shortly before being locked out. The day before I was told to verify my phone number so I did and in the next couple of hours it got disabled and it has been frustrating because I send a request expecting an answer and I get the same message from Clyde even when I go to a different department and asked to be contacted by a real person he responded.

It's an obvious bug and it's so frustrating now they expect me to just buy a new nitro and earn my roles again when it is clearly their mistake. They need a phone contact support cause its honestly too irritating waiting for the same stupid Clyde message everytime
