Please enable some Community server features for all servers

Server banners, and more importantly welcome/rules screens. Why are these limited only to community servers? I do not want to have to restrict my server in the ways that Discord asks me to just to use these features.

    If you are not a community server, you should not really need the rules and welcome screen as you have other way of controlling how people come in (since your audience is likely not having access to join your server from a public place). 
    If you are a bigger server you will need to implement the restrictions Discord sets as minimum security level for community servers - not because Discord says you do, but because you *need* them! (You really do! Otherwise you put your server at a high risk). Community can now be enabled in each and every server no matter the size so there is literally no reason not to do it unless you are a small tight-knight server or have other safety measures that will make the Welcome Screen and especially the Rules Screen feature unnecessary for your server.

    I agree. I don't want the harsh strict community rules just to have a safe secure server. I had to use bots for this because I was getting fake accounts on my server. Please let everyone use the screening feature.
