discord transfer ownership in server Partner

hi everyone i am radis and my server has be a partner this month but the is problme , i was the owner of the server when i applied to Partner , but after few days i transfer the ownership to my friend. 

When we were accepted into Partner my friend is the owner and i have partner server owner but with out owner Features.

now my friend want to change the owner to me but he can't !! 

how i can make my friend change the ownership to me ?
