[Suggestion] Admin managed messages

It would be nice if an admin could mark their own message to be managed by multiple other users.

Maybe the message icon could change where if you hover over it, it shows who can manage the message.

 

This would be nice to allow more than 1 person to edit pinned messages and other things like reaction role messages or welcome pages.
