So I accidentally before reading what Prune meant removed over 200 members on our server. 

You should make it so a pop-up either shoes to confirm ' are you sure you want to remove ... members' 

Or a way to revert and get those members back even if they were inactive for a period of time.

  Or send a message to those members saying that they have been Pruned due to being inactive on the server and the option to rejoin the server if they want to.

  There is a pop up asking you to choose the roles and time of inactivity. It also asks you to confirm it, so I think it's enough to avoid misclicks. You should have read the info before clicking confirm.
