Unreasonable account ban

After possessing my (previous) account for around four years, and never encountering any issues with it, I was suddenly banned overnight under the pretence of 'harrassment'. I was sent a very vague email accusing me of inciting violence, and have so far only been able to 'talk' to a bot.

This process is pathetic. Needless to say I did nothing in violation of Discord TOS, and if they were willing to bother showing me why I was banned, I doubt they would be able to. 

Thus this lies as a forewarning to all who want to pay for anything on Discord, or indeed utilise Discord: You can be banned without reason and without warning, and will therein lose your contacts, message history, anything you bought, servers, etc.

Thanks Discord, great job.

    Discord seems to be a place for minors and people who good at lieing about their age, gender, etc. No wonder that this platform has the most criminals brought here. The App Features are great, but it is just attractive, it has nothing to do with safety and trust. If you are minor and sth bad happened to you, your account COULD get banned for no reason (or to protect their buddy) and then u will not have access to any messages. Either u backup the message history manually everytime or you just leave this place. There are many others who deal with this much better than Discord.
