Locked Role management for mods at Category/Channel level

So I have multiple mod roles (some higher than others) and some non-mod roles as well. I'd like my mods to be able to adjust permissions for Categories and Channels, but ONLY for roles lower than their own. At the server level, the roles above it are locked, but this does not happen at the Category and Channel levels if they have the permission to manage roles. This is my current Mod structure: Admin->Commander->Captain

I'd like it, so that the Captain role could edit permissions for categories and channels for roles below that, but have the Admin and Commander roles locked for editing since they aren't a high enough mod. Theoretically, as it is, a Captain could hide a channel or Category from a Commander if I left the manage role permission on, and they should not be able to do that. I do want them to be able to adjust perms for standard members though...
