Reporting inappropriate content to server administrators

I have seen the feature that you can report messages to Discord. I think it's good that this option exists so that you can ensure security even in non-moderated servers. However, I would like it if members had the option to send reports to the administrator. One could regulate it in such a way that not processed messages are automatically sent to Discord after approx. 24 hours. So you could see for example, which servers are no longer moderated. After all, there could be a new authorization in the roles. Who has this authorization can see reports.
