the ability to have a full "channel settings" for your DMs

hey! so, i honestly have no clue how to format posts on this forum, so sorry if anything is out-of-order, i'll try my best!

so, as channels in discord servers have permissions, i feel like DMs and groupchats should also have this feature. the "role" equivalent would be peoples' relation to you (or the groupchat owner) - either stranger, "has mutual servers" or friend. 

i feel like the configs could be super useful, and would prevent a lot of stuff.

 

i'd also suggest these toggles to be added

* can send gifs or use animated emoji (for people with photosensitive epilepsy, mainly)

* can send server invites

    @Suspense (i dunno how to reply to people oops)

     

    i was mainly suggesting this for DMs, to toggle what people can send to you or can do. groupchats were a minor part of the idea; i just included them as they were part of the same "system"
