Custom name colour without roles
When a server has a lot of members it makes it really difficult to give a large number of people a custom colour role because you end up with hundreds of custom roles for each colour code. At that point it's really hard to manage and also it takes a few minutes just to load all the roles.
I think adding custom colours which can only be changed by mods allows people to have personalized colours without having hundreds of roles to manage.

I'd love this. I have about 40 custom roles on my server just for name colours, it's tiresome, tedious and well, stupid. It also makes an absolute mess of permission hierarchy when you're trying to keep the name colours and also enforce permissions. Because of this it means you need to adjust every single role manually.
I'd like to see the user permission "Change name colour" and then you can just give that to people and let them pick their own name colour. Or alternatively a server setting for "Random name colour on join" so each person just gets assigned a name colour.

I believe they are working on it and making it work in the same way as the nickname feature so you have a change colour permission and a manage colour permission but I think they will only make this available to Community Servers as they are constantly trying to add more reason for people to make there servers community servers

But I think a feature that let you put bots in the same place on the role order would be neat because it would allow them to manage each other which will occur quite frequently due to different bots having different uses this would allow you to keep them all above the user roles so they can manage users but on the same placement to other bots so they can manage each other, this would also help with trying to integrate bot features together
