Request to Join Locked Voice Channel

Hi!

Just an idea I had.

If there is a locked voice channel in a server, people who do not possess the role that allows them to join should be able to "Request" to join, as a one-time thing; and then people in the voice channel can accept or reject this request, possibly from a pop-up in the Discord Overlay (If you're in a game).

  it would be nice if there would be a setting in the voice channel settings to enable requesting

  I am bumping this thread, as it hasn't been implemented or responded to, and could be immensely useful. It should, however, be a setting.

  Even better would be to have this as an option when a channel is locked and also be able to toggle the lock on and off by clicking a lock. This would allow you to treat a voice channel as an office. Click lock, door is closed and people have to knock to request entry. Toggle it off and door is open and anybody can jump in.
