White list system

Let's say you're a bigger organization and you have an IP address going out from one place. And let's say that IP gets banned. Now what? My suggestion is to fix this with a type of white list system where some IPs from verified organizations don't get banned. Just a thought.

    Best solution at least for now is to use a private vpn. Which you should be using in a public internet space anyways.
