Feature Request: Make specific linked accounts bannable on discord

We currently have a stalker using his single subscribed twitch.tv account to join our sub-chat over and over with multiple discord accounts. As soon as we ban one discord account he just makes a new one, links it to that Twitch account and joins the server and sub-chat again.

As it stands our only option is to message trust&safety and hope they can deal with it.

It would be a big help if we could ban or blacklist certain accounts from certain platforms to prevent discord accounts linked to them from joining the server. That way people would not only have to re-make their discord account but also have to re-make the account on the other platform (and re-sub there, too).

Before you ask:

- Twitch (and other platforms) have a limit on how frequently people can change their name. Blacklisting the Twitch account every 60 days would be fine, but I imagine there should also be a solution here where the stored link is blacklisted, not just the name.

- I am aware that different platforms can share the same names. But since discord can recognise the type of platform when you link the accounts it should also be able to give us an option of which platform link we want that name to be blacklisted from the discord server.

- Yes we have alraedy reported this to trust&safety. That is not the point of this post.
