Timer for leaving server

ᴮᵁᴸᴮᴬᴹᴬᴺᴵᴬ

Can I set a timer such that people that join my server must wait a certain amount of time (e.g. 5 minutes) before s/he has the option to quit the server? And can the same be done for rejoining as well? Thanks for your help ^^

    Also, banning the user may not be an option because there may not be enough moderators online at that specific moment

    With my knowledge about discord, You don't have any setting about the time people can leave server. But maybe I'm wrong :)
