Update the manage roles description, or make it do what it says.

So basically, the description for "Manage roles" is wrong. Let's say we have the roles A,B,C,D and E, A being the highest and E the lowest. If D has the manage roles and B doesn't, if a person has both roles, they can give out roles C,D and E, even though they should only be able to give out E according to the description. 

 

Please fix that, as it nearly broke my whole server.

    I have no idea why this isn't being upvoted, seriously this needs to do what it says, not what it currently does. It's creating a massive fracking headache
