Webhook permissions

My Discord community uses a webhook to get news in fast and automatically. This is very useful, but on the other hand this webhook sometimes mentions the everyone role, even if the topic isn’t such important. At this time it isn’t possible to manage specific permissions for webhooks, so we’re not able to stop the webhook using @everyone, without removing it completely. I think it would be nice to manage permissions for webhooks, so I hope the Discord team is able to introduce this as a feature soon.

    I having i similar issue: I‘m following the messages of another server (basically webhooks) but they constant deleting messages before i could read them. So the Channel where they post in is full of „Origin Message deleted“ ... Bullshit, i want the whole history.

    So i want to limit the webhooks ability to just posting messages, not deleting them.

    This suggestion has be sent a long time ago but I think it's very important, even more with the news interactions who use webhooks.

    These feature is really a good idea to allow webhooks tuse different permissions of normal users, like external emoji pemission, or mention everyone, here and roles
