Mic Input Settings for Server Owners

So, there's a microphone setting in Discord that allows you to change the input. You can change it to either your microphone or your stereo mix (audio coming from your device). Some YouTubers use Discord and sometimes live stream while using it, and if everyone can get in voice chat with the YouTuber, then they can change their input to stereo mix and play copyrighted songs, which will become a problem. If Discord allowed server owners to set the input for anyone in the server's voice chat, the problem will be fixed.
