Seperate the "Add/Remove Roles" Permission from the "Create/Delete Roles" Permission

There are many reason why i would like for this to be inputted. One of which would be that most server owners with a large server that contains a lot of roles could finally not have to worry about having someone destroy the server due to some sour faced and horrible person that doesn't like them very much to ruin their server. I feel this would be a huge improvement in the administrative side of things within a server. This would somewhat lower the threat of raiding/griefing and bring it down to a whole new level. Some of the other reasons would make this small suggestion an essay, so I will just avoid including them!

    I agree. This would be really helpful and, we server owners would be able to give our moderators permission to assign roles, without giving them permission to create and delete roles. Some servers have moderators who make themselves custom roles or even delete all roles in an attempted server raid with the "Manage Roles" permission. It should be separated into "Manage Roles" and "Assign Roles".

    I want to implement a "Ranker" or "Helpers" role in my server, but it's too risky, due to my server having a lot of roles with complex permissions and if someone deleted them all, it'd be a nightmare setting them back up.
