Protected roles

I'm sure you know about how you can't edit, delete, assign roles that are higher than yours, but what about the ones below? Let's say... a member of your staff team suddenly turns corrupt, and deletes all of the roles below theirs, well theres nothing you can do about it, unless.... you were able to protect a certain role from all roles below yours, or hide it.

Another way abusive staff members could be solved, is if certain permissions couldn't be assigned or removed by certain roles.

I don't specifically have any encounters with abusive staff, but I'm sure you will find at least one video on YouTube. One person who exposed themselves, but I'm sure that there are many others who do this, even if they do not admit.
