The binding of the possibility of "mute" role

Hi! I would like an innovation in the next update. The idea is to bind "mute" to the role hierarchy. For example: Role 1-P1 Role 2-R2 P1 owns status "Professional what either game" and in canal its game he can mute other participants. The problem in than, have R2 there is status "Helper Server", respectively and rights more than have P1. In this situation, P1 has the ability to "mute" P2. This is wrong, P1 can "mute" both the server administrator and anyone he wants. This is wrong, please correct it. To do so, that role could stir up only those roles that are hierarchically beneath her. Still, need do so, to, role could unmute only role higher its, and spontaneously could not this do.

    Why do people vote negative? It's wrong when the participant with the opportunity mutting the server admin.
