Suggestion: Add channel restoring.

On the server on which I constantly am, several channels were deleted by mistake of the moderator. I think adding the ability to restore channels would be a good decision.

    I’d also like to see this feature implemented. A server I’m in recently lost 7 months of messages and many memories we had from members. Sad to see them gone.
