Turning off "Embed links" still leaves links embedded!
People will find a way to get around anything - for instance, they could simply post "go visit discordapp (dot) com" as a message, and no one would be fooled but a bot. I mean, as far as I know, there's no good way to get around that. Fine.
But while people will still be able to *list* links, could we please not make them clickable?
Currently, disabling "Embed links" only blocks a preview from showing up, but the definition of an embedded link is a link that, once clicked, leads somewhere else. So, currently, even turning off "embed links" still leaves them, technically, embedded.
Trust me - I just spend a small amount of time testing a few particular features for a server I'd like to build, and I tested this one specifically. The link shows up without a preview, but you can still click the link to its destination.
Preferably, it would be great if the link was not clickable. But if you're going to leave it clickable, then could you please correct your language to simply say, "Turn off link preview," or something along those lines?
Thank you!
