Managing nicknames to users in the same role (or possibly above aswell)

Would love an option that allows users the ability to change nicknames of other users in the same or higher role. Possibly as an additional permission on top of the standard "Manage Nicknames" permission.

This is currently a big limitation on the shit-talking we adore within our discord
