Message Deleting in Bulk

Owning a server is hard. Especially when spammers come on your server. It would be super helpful if a new method of deleting messages faster would be implemented, since this is very important as you want to get rid of the bad messages ASAP. Maybe a way of censoring certain messages, gifs, pictures, etc. or automatically deleting messages.

    I would love something like this as well, maybe like a "Message Management" menu where a server owner and maybe admins can go in and check mark multiple messages to delete, pin, react, etc. much like the "Select" options on an iPhone/iPad.
