Allow/disallow sending PMs on a user role level

Give the ability to allow or more specifically disallow certain user roles from being able to PM other users. We have a huge amount of spambots in the crypto communities that I manage which could be resolved on an entry level role disallowing private messages to other users on the server.

    Way too much power for server owners, discord users should have freedom in who and who not to contact, especially outside of the server (which dm clearly is).

    This is bery nice idea but Discord team does not care about bots too much. They are spamming all over all channels and users and people will just simply move to another platform ...
