Owner/Admin permission bypass getting in the way (read before upvoting to have a clear understanding)

    create a role to listen and a role to speak that exist for only one category

    Patrick, unfortunately you can't just do that. Admins and owners bypass that meaning that they can speak even if you tell their role not to through permissions or add them to specific roles that don't have said permissions.

    During Covid19 we sent the whole company into home office, using Discord as our virtual office.

    We currently have a silent channel, where nobody has permission to talk. We use it as a parking zone, where everybody can see whos available in voice chat at this moment.

    However, because admins bypass our speaking permissions, whenever they forget to mute themselves, everybody startles when they come in.

    I understand that administration roles should not be affected by local permission settings.
    But please allow me to mute them. Thanks.
