Vote kick/ Vote leader

I think Discord should have a vote kick button so that if the leader is stale a new leader can fix the server/Group chat or we can have a vote leader

    I agree though because if the original person isn't the nicest person or has done some questionable things there should be a way to at least swap them because the rest of the chat wants to stay with the messages they sent previously without the leader doing those questionable things or generally be irritating. Just my opinion.
