Make certain roles unable to tag @Notified and have it so that you can choose who can ping that permission group.

Recently I've seen a lot of people pinging @notified or @notifications for example, and it's incredibly annoying for server managers / moderators to have to keep turning the "Allow anyone to @mention this role" off and on just so they can post an announcement on their server.

Would there be any chance of having an option to have certain usergroups i.e Administrators & Moderators being the only people to be able to tag this role in announcements / chats?

Please up-vote this suggestion, as we need to see this in effect.
