"Allow specific roles to @mention this role"

Have you ever been troubled with enabling/disabling the "Allow anyone to @mention this role" in order to @mention? I have the solution!
A way to avoid this trouble of enabling/disabling the option, is to add a box which you can add roles by pressing the symbol (+).

Pros:
Communities now no longer may fear of leaving enabled the option above. (Avoid spamming)
Easy to use

Cons:
Not many people care :P

To sum up, I'm just suggesting on adding a box where we can pick what roles can ping a specific roles.
Example:

"Allow [Administrator,Moderator,VIP] role(s) to mention this role."
