Group ownership of discord servers

Could group ownership be introduced, so community discord servers don't run the risk of the mandatory server owner going rogue?  Certain moderation features would require an owner vote before becoming active.

    would like to see this one implemented. in couple of servers i have seen the server owner just give up and quite. this would definitely help solve that issue
