customize server’s header

i think that there is don’t lack to download gif or photo to header of header, i would to see a cool customize bar in which will wash or something. That will cool in your performance, i believe in you, good luck and thx for your attention. sorry for my bAd EnGlIsH...

    nothing much fancy, but an intro page for the server would be really nice feature. Most Server have their own "intro" page, but a custom channel with more structured view would be nice.
