Auto-Mute / Auto-Collapse Options for Server Categories/Channels

It would be amazing to have an option within channel settings and/or category settings to Auto-Mute and Auto-Collapse channels and categories upon their creation. I'm in and help manage some very large-scale servers where the average user only regulars a single category among the many available; specific to their needs. The user usually has to go through each other category or channel and mute/collapse them manually to make traversing the server more friendly. This process is usually a hassle and makes the server less attractive to new users, especially those who aren't familiar with muting and collapsing yet.
