Role Permission for displaying custom status

Basically it would be nice to have a configurable option to have only certain roles allowed to display a Custom Status. This would help put a curb to people advertising links to things that communities might not want them doing in their discord.

Basically if a user has the perms to use Custom Status then it would display it, if not however then anybody with a custom status set would only show Online/Away/Do Not Disturb status when clicking on and browsing users.

    I agree with that. On some servers you can indeed find people sharing advertisement, or even just having disturbing status and you cannot do anything about it other than just kicking or hiding the member. 

    Just like for sending external emojis, we should be able to disallow @everyone or certain members to display a custom status since it is also a way to communicate (potentially undesirable) messages
