Custom emojis in role names

In Discord we should be able to use custom emojis (:example:) in role names, in my server I host these events and I wish I could put custom badges in roles and give them to people who win instead of using the same lame medal emojis (🥇). This would also be useful for those military-like servers who run on ranks.

    We should get advanced emojis for Discord Severs to improve the amount of use in them but they shouldnt make blank and bald looking copied emojis because color can atleast be great against black and white always but atleast add options for either having colored emojis from paste or blank only so its fair for all of us.
