Account disabled - need help!

Hi, my account elis#0001 was disabled.

I had a message telling me to check my email, but I cannot access my email any time soon.

This has became a problem for many people and if I could get a reply from a member of staff then it would be brilliant. It's pretty urgent.

    same issue but if you have looked into ToS, they flat out will not send you a notice or email to tell you why your account is disabled.
