mobile version permissions

some different and problems in mobile version

in mobile version, u can't do some work without permission of "role permissions" in roles list
but in desktop version u can do your allowed work without "role permissions" , just with channel permissions

for example:

if you have "mute" permission from your role
you can use "server mute" in both of desktop and mobile version

but if you have "mute" permission from channel permissions
you can't use "server mute" permission with mobile version

this make many problems to adminstrators, for configure roles and channels permissions
i have to give permissions to roles for make access to admins with mobile version
and this make problems for make admins with limited access for different sections of server
i have to add more roles to channels permissions and disable their access to permission
its too difficult to add all roles that have permissions and disable their access to all channels

please make mobile version permissions same as desktop version, for easier server configuring
