Trust and Safety Abuse

This is by far the worst "Trust and Safety" department I've ever interacted with. My time on discord with my original account was spent mostly between a few friends, or sitting silent in larger servers and lurking. I got a ban for "targeted harassment or bullying", which didn't make a single lick of sense. When I asked the team for a single reason, a simple modicum of proof, they just said it was permanant, and they have no intention of reinstating the account. I've never interacted with a company with service as poor as this. If there was just a single line of proof, any proof of bullying or targeted harassment, then sure. Ban it, I planned on culling my server list down anyway. When there's no proof though, that's just simple abuse of power. If there was a phone number I could call, or something in which an employee can't cower behind a copy and paste message and ignore me, that would be great, but I just got permanently banned and pretty much told to go away. It would not be hard to even pull the few lines someone could claim to be harassment. The reason Discord doesn't must just be a purely lazy team. If you have the time to read what you are banning someone for, you have the time to do a quick copy and paste. This is disgusting, to think I'd been using the app for years just to be banned and ignored.
