Account disabled for TOS violation
First of all, and as I’ve seen that on many other posts, its useless to tell me to contact the support because they refuse to reactivate my account...
I am not trying to be dishonest and to play the victim, if I post a message here, it is because I'm almost sure that what I am accused of ("sent threats to others, participated in targeted harassment, or incited violence against individuals or communities") is a mistake, and I would like to prove it if I could (if some of you have solutions I am interested), the problem is that with a support that say basically "We said you did a mistake, then you did a mistake, thats it" it doesn't work, it's completely unfair & its a biased judgment! I'm sure some people here will agree with me, so now I do not ask for the direct restoration of my account (because currently, I can not prove that I am right) but I would at least like to know which of my account posts are incriminated, so I could understand why did this happen...

Just happened the same thing to me, twice! I didn't even do anything and got my previous accounts for "maybe spamming", like, wtf? Worst part is they don't even respond to my messages. I have lost a bunch of friends thanks to this. They won't even give me a reason why, instead they only send automated replies.

I had the same thing happen to me 6 days ago because of an accidental refund, I even repaid Discord but they will probably delete my account. i have been a user for 3 straight years, never done anything wrong and still I got banned, what is Discord even doing

Ive been a user for 7 years, had nitro for ages, no violations whatsoever the entire time, then I say one thing on a "protected" server, not even too bad, and they perm ban my ip address from using discord, I sent 3 emails and the same bot replied with the same message every time. Discord has proper issues, this needs to get fixed asap, I spent hundreds of dollars on discord bots, had 400+ contacts and tons of servers.

Hello everyone, I had written a e-mail to discord but sadly even they are not reinstating my account... I asked them the reason and they replied saying that i was threatning others and trying to hack them... which is not what I want to do but for some reason they have disabled my account.. I am vey angry about this because I had many friends on it and then it just got bocked for some reason.. And the worst part was that i had nitro.. now that makes this worse, I sincerely want Discord to look into accounts and then their histoy and then finally Disable Them.. this can get sometimes very annonying for people who had servers and many people where on it.. Thank You discord and pease look out onto this.. (P.S I had also been hacked for the first time on discord recently My account was Itachi Uchiha#5416)

Discord Is just bots playing around, the staff is not even replying to me.. For my refund on nitro.. this is pure stupidity and I am slowly losing trust on discord.. I had no problems with discord at first but now i am thining of switching to Skype.. This is very annonying and they are basically scamming you because you had nitro and then just the third day they disable it..

This exact thing happened to me just recently (disabled for TOS violation) after just creating my account literally less than a day earlier. Honestly I was not expecting Discord to do anything about it, based on all the comments here. So I was quite surprised and pleased when they emailed me back just 24 hrs later. Luck must be on my side.

Yeah man, the same happened to me as well. (TOS and community guidelines thing) All I ever got was 2 bot emails. That's IT.
Never getting Nitro again. What if they ban me again? IDEK what wrong things I did, and am pretty sure I didn't do anything. I hope they get acquired by Microsoft, coz then at least the customer service will be good.
Man, I have created a new account, sincerely hope nothing happens now. Same PFP, different username. My heart crushes every time I see my previous account there, with all my memories associated with it.

Don't give up pressuring Discord for a human and deserved response. You are their customers and they're treating you like you don't matter.
I want Discord to prove my comments are false and that I'm a salty user who's been banned, but the facts are I was banned based on false information and despite my efforts to prove that to them, they ignore me and expect me to go away.
Don't go away, don't let them disrespect you like this. If you have genuinely done nothing wrong, fight it.
Google "discord CEO email", Jason himself shares that publicly. Let him know how his support team treats you.

My other account got disabled (and soon to be deleted) too. It kinda bugs me that when violating one of discord's ToS, they immediately disable and delete your account without any warning whatsoever. Now I get that they state it in their ToS that they have the right to do so, but when I asked about transferring my remaining 9 months worth of nitro, they were unwilling to do anything. Then I browsed the internet and saw that a lot of other people had similar situations with discord. So that brings me to the question, why does discord scam people that bought nitro out of their money and why does discord immediately deletes an account instead of contacting the owner/warning them like other platforms like instagram do...

My friend had his Discord Account disabled out of the blue 12 days ago for "violating ToS or Guidelines". Day 12/30 and he got a single response to appealing and it was Clyde saying no. Any other ticket or contact has been getting ignored. If they are this badly overwhelmed and time is such a big issue, they should either remove the auto-delete for disabled accounts entirely or increase it to something like a full year instead of 30 days.

For some reason I got disabled on my KannaDolly and Mountain Dew Anime Girl account for apparently “posting nsfw pictures of illustration of minors/loli” or something like that. I am still trying to appeal this is the second time this happened for the same reason I am trying to get both accounts reinstated. If any of u personally know someone who works at discord that really would help please i need all the help i can

The thing has happened to me, my account got disabled and they didn't send me an email saying what I did wrong. I had contacted support and waited for a whole day, and when they emailed me they said that I broke guidelines but not in to much detail. I'm very upset with the support because they don't tell me why and they let a bot answer my appeal. If I know what the problem was I would have changed, I have been using discord since 2018 and I was happy with there app but after this experience I'm upset. I hope they changed this and hope they do better.

I had made an appeal and it has been 2 days now. Still no response as of the current time. But what I know is that it takes a couple days for them to respond. Only the bot has told me that I had to wait. I most heard that it takes up to 5 days before you get an actual response.

Well I have sent my unban appeal they haven't told me why was I ban, but I'm pretty upset with there discord support team. Letting the bots take care of it. I don't think you can get your account back because of this. Its upsetting.

Well I know why I was banned as they sent it to me in a email. and I haven't received any messages from the bot yet. It usually depends on what you did to get banned and how big the violation is. If the appeal isn't genuine and sincere about the offense, I doubt they will take your appeal serious. Remember they are also human on the other side.

My account was disabled three days ago. I was sent an e-mail saying this was for some, one or possibly none of these reasons:
- Sending a large number of direct messages in a short span of time
- Participating in a server dedicated to spamming Discord
- Automating your user account or self-botting
- Taking other actions on Discord — for example, joining a ton of servers — faster than humanly possible
- Attempting potentially fraudulent activity
I know I have not engaged in any of these activities, outlandish and/or vague as they may be. Discord, of course, provided no evidence I had done any of this. No minor punishment and a warning not to "violate" the Terms of Service again. Just a full-blown ban for all time.
I've sent three e-mails to support@discordapp.com in that time, and gotten no word back. I can't use a new e-mail that forwards into my usual one in order to make a new account, because they still ask for my phone number, which I guess is on their naughty list. I'm so disappointed that such an accessible, fun platform also has this kind of authority, and they're either too busy to check in on everyone they wrongfully disable, or they actually have a random system yanking people's plugs and they willfully ignore some of us once the deed is done.

someone charged 5 times in a row $ 9.99 my discord account by paypal for nitro and they say "We've found your account to be in violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines" and then disable my account, really ?? do I contact support
As always, the victims are harmed, thanks to the companies that without asking, without investigating, without knowing anything, the first thing they do is ban, close or disable the account of people who do not deserve it.
the company does not look at the work, effort, sweat and time that for years people spend in their work, we lose friends, contacts, servers ect ect for one simple reason company take measures WITHOUT KNOWING if it is the right thing or not!

I do feel you all, my account was recently disabled for interacting with people who were underaged. (I didn’t). But basically me and a couple friends joined a server where a girl was selling pictures and she’s 14, we joined and reported it. But we didn’t leave and all of us got disabled and we haven’t got our accounts. Anyone wanna help me understand why?
