Account disabled for TOS violation
First of all, and as I’ve seen that on many other posts, its useless to tell me to contact the support because they refuse to reactivate my account...
I am not trying to be dishonest and to play the victim, if I post a message here, it is because I'm almost sure that what I am accused of ("sent threats to others, participated in targeted harassment, or incited violence against individuals or communities") is a mistake, and I would like to prove it if I could (if some of you have solutions I am interested), the problem is that with a support that say basically "We said you did a mistake, then you did a mistake, thats it" it doesn't work, it's completely unfair & its a biased judgment! I'm sure some people here will agree with me, so now I do not ask for the direct restoration of my account (because currently, I can not prove that I am right) but I would at least like to know which of my account posts are incriminated, so I could understand why did this happen...

Man, I Had My Only Friends In Life On Discord. Now For Some Dumbass Reason, My Account Got Disabled And I Can't Reach To Any Of My Friends Anymore. I Was Already Depressed AF, Now I'm Probably Gonna Suicide. I'll Just Wait A Few More Days, If I Don't Get It Back, Goodbye.

The same pattern repeats, it seems.
No actual violation, but they disable your account, and then “support” is just automated replies, no actual investigation of anything, they just do nothing until your account is deleted. Very disturbing behavior from such a big company.
Is my only course of action to give up on my account of 5 years, and tell all my friends to stop using Discord?

I've become victim of this same cycle as of two weeks ago, farewell my 2016 account.

My condolences, friend. They deleted my account a month and a half ago, and I still have no idea why.

Hello, I know that this post thread has been going on for 4 years now, but I've also became victim of my discord account being disabled for TOS Violation for malicious hacking, fraud, and attempting to damage a computer network or machine, which 100% didn't do. However, I have been involved with only ONE hacker user in the past (which is my in real life friend), but I have never did any of these violations myself at all. In fact, he didn't even hack real people at all when I was involved at that time, it was just alt accounts that belong to us. I recently made an appeal to discord and today I just got the reply from discord saying this below:
Hello,Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account.
You should have received an email with more information regarding this violation. If you have any questions as to what behavior resulted in your account being disabled, please refer to that email.
Please note that we remove and/or anonymize all data associated with deleted accounts 14-30 days after beginning the deletion process for that account.

On a side note, I didn't give up and I made another appeal today regarding my disabled account and I provided some explanation again as well. I'll let you guys know what I got for my response. 👍

I feel awful about this not just happening to me, but to a lot of people here.
Since this weekend I have been disabled and I have not received an email and all I got after sending an appeal is a reply by Clyde (Bot). At this point I am not sure what to do. I can make a new account but I don't want to get in trouble again.1 -
I had really good friends in discord and out of nowhere my account is disabled. I even got nitro once and was about to to get boost for my gaming server and this happened. Like my gaming server is lost now. They dont find actual hackers and NSFW people and ban us for no reason mannn

I have fallen into this thing too, I got my account disabled for participating in several anti-furry servers. I have sent an appeal through the “Submit a Request” page, and an email via their email address. “Just to confirm, do you already have an open ticket about the same issue? If so, you can definitely follow up through your original ticket with more information and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.”, mind you all, my account was disabled two days ago.

This is getting out of hand. Recently a bundle of multiple servers with hundreds of people got a sudden ban because the servers had something to do with the old country “Rhodesia”. Everyone that had admin privileges got their account deleted. The reason: “participated in targeted violence” when we were not guilty of that at all. And we are getting the automatic bot response on our appeals. This is outrageous.

I had 50,000 + members, lots of friends I can't get a hold of, a big bot with tens of thousands of users.
Early verified developer, verified bot, nitro, profile decorations, account since 2018, and I never insulted anyone, or even bother anyone.
None of that mattered, my tickets are rejected, and I get the same automated message, and I didn't even get the explanation email people talk about, so I have no idea why my account was disabled in the first place.
This is very sad, no one really cares it seems, it's just a great injustice.

Same thing happened to me, had my account since october 2016 with nitro, profile decor and just two months ago- it got hit with a disable for “spamming”, during that two months i relentlessly contacted discord only to constantly get bot responses with no human responses and kept getting told to read the ToS when trying to get an actual answer as to why my account was disabled in the first place.

Literally the SAME thing happened to me a few days ago for “child safety”, I've tried appealing but I keep getting good ol Clyde telling me that they will not restore the account, I keep getting the same exact response too, NO real human to talk to about the situation. Discord really does suck

There nobody to talk to, no support, no appeals, they don't care and don't even pretend to care about their customers.
All we can do is wait patiently for Discord to fail and be replaced by something better.

They banned me because server broke the terms of service even they told that you will get just a warning everytime if you didnt engaged in tos break thing. I am waiting for a day for a respond its just idiotic to get banned only for joining a server??

Some people say that if you reply to Clyde's “We will not reinstate the account” message, an actual support member will email you back. I'm gonna try that to test my luck and I hope other people will do the same to get their accounts back. (They just use Clyde to ignore your appeals)

I'm saying this because replying to them reopens the ticket, you'll need to wait some time for them to actually respond to you

I've been constantly replying through the same ticket I've had open for two months, I still keep getting bot responses with no actual staff member taking a look
