manage permissions

it's a problem here
when i dont have a permission i can take it for my self 
but when i have a permission i can't deny that
i have talking 💠


i can manage this channel's permissions


i can open other permissions for myself in my highest role


but i can't disable permissions from my highest role


its wrong
i should not to change my highest role permissions anyway
but now
i can make more permissions for my self

pls solve this problem
