slowmode permission

Hello, I was wondering if you could make permission which disables slowmode for specific roles. The permission will not be manage channel or manage messages, but instead just give the role slowmode immutation without letting them control the channel/messages. It would be good to give for trusted roles that don't spam (roles of people that have been in the server long enough), but still not trusted enough for channel/messages managing (Or if it's a server that gives permissions only for people that apply, then it doesn't matter if they are in the server long enough, as long as they don't apply for moderation, they will not be ones, but they are still trusted enough to not spam the chat)
