    Not Turkish
    But you could try setting up a verify bot that makes the user confirm that they agree with the rules of your server
    AND you could in server settings look for server security and set it high enough so that the so that the 'Server pirates' are unable to chat in server for 10mins after joining and no burner alts(quick made alts with unverified email and/or phone number added)
